They gave me a professional presentation explaining the current state of the housing market and how they would assist. When I moved to Austin in Feb, Arion was present first day to help us show houses. He set us up on the portal and was always available on text, call, or in person to show houses weekedays/weekends, day/night. He also helped find competing offers on the house to help guide our price and provided really good comparables to help guide our offer price. Like all other people, every buyer, seller, and realtor have their own interests. However, what stands out to me about Arion is his availability, professionalism, and knowledge in guiding to the appropriate house/price. He is also a courteous and persistent person who will work with you despite big challenges to get the job done. I had many challenges with my lender too but Arion stood firm and stuck through it.
